Would you like to make a donation to Pugh’s Patient Care Services? Donations are greatly appreciated and can be made at several different levels including $100, $250, $500, $1,000 and higher.

When you make your donation, we ask that you tell us if this is a tribute gift made in honor or in memory of a loved one. Also let us know if your donation is a one time gift or if you would like to make it a reoccurring gift each month.

To make a donation by check, please make your check payable to Pugh’s Patient Care Services and mail to: 11793 Somerset Ave, Princess Anne, MD 21853. Please indicate on your check if the donation is being made in honor or memory of a loved one.

To make a donation online, just click on the PayPal button below. You can make your donation using a credit card, debit card, or alternate method. A surcharge will be added to your donation to cover the PayPal fee associated with using their payment processing services.

Donations are tax deductible. Please include your name and address with your donation so that we can send you a thank you letter documenting your donation.
